Château Reynats is ranked

in the second group of the greatest Médoc wines

by the DUSSERT-GERBER Wine Guide 2009 edition

Situated between Pauillac and Saint-Estèphe, the Château Reynats vineyard is planted on a clayey-limestone and gravel soil.

A well-balanced grape variety:

• 40% Merlot

• 45% Cabernet Sauvignon

• 10% Cabernet Franc

• 5% Petit Verdot

brings elegance, strength and the incomparable finesse of the great Médoc wines.

The work carried out in the vineyard respects the Médoc traditions. At harvest time, our grapes are hand-picked and carefully selected twice, both in the vineyard and in the winery.

The production is aged in top quality oak barrels which offer a delicate synergy between the wood and the fruit aromas.

We produce two wines:

Château Reynats, a traditional Haut-Médoc assembled with a majority of Cabernet Sauvignon.

Héritier Reynats made predominantly with Merlot grapes.
